Agreement: By registering an account on GoldVest, you ("Client") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement") and all documents incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform.
1 Definitions
The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:
Asset (Underlying Asset)
A financial instrument on which a trade is based. This may include currency pairs, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies, or other instruments available on the Platform.
Asset Rate / Quote
The current price of an asset as determined by GoldVest, based on data from liquidity providers, exchanges, and central banks. The asset rate is displayed in the trading terminal.
Binary Option (Digital Trade)
A contract that allows the client to profit from the predicted price movement of an underlying asset within a specified time period. The outcome is fixed — either a predetermined payout or a loss of the trade amount.
Trading Terminal
The software interface through which the client accesses real-time quotes, places trades, manages their account, and communicates with the Company.
Company Server
The hardware and software infrastructure operated by GoldVest that processes all client requests, validates trades, stores log records, and provides real-time quote data. The server is the sole authoritative source of trade records and quote data.
Log Record
A timestamped entry in the Company's server database recording every client request, action, and its outcome. In the event of any dispute, server log records take precedence over all other evidence, including the client's terminal data.
Client Account (Trading Account)
The personal trading account opened in the client's name on the GoldVest platform. Only one account per client is permitted. Funds are debited when a trade opens and credited upon a winning result.
Trade Amount
The amount of funds the client commits to a single trade at the time of opening.
Expiry Time
The predetermined time at which a trade automatically closes and the result is determined.
Early Closure
The option to close a trade before its expiry time, subject to the Company's technical capability and consent. The early closure payout is determined by GoldVest at its sole discretion.
Payout Factor
The percentage rate that determines the client's profit on a winning trade. Set by GoldVest based on the asset and trade conditions and displayed in the terminal before the trade is confirmed.
Bonus
Virtual funds credited to the client's account by GoldVest under specific promotional conditions. Bonuses are not withdrawable by default unless explicitly stated otherwise. Real funds are used first in trading; bonus funds are used only after the real balance is depleted.
Trading Signals
Market data and analysis provided by GoldVest for informational purposes only. Trading signals do not constitute investment advice or recommendations. The client bears full responsibility for any trades placed based on signals.
Force Majeure
Events beyond the reasonable control of either party that prevent or impair the fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement. See Section 11 for a full description.
