1 Scope & Purpose

These Rules of Trading Operations ("Rules") define the procedures and conditions governing all trading activity carried out on the GoldVest platform ("Platform"). These Rules form an integral part of the GoldVest Service Agreement and are binding on all registered clients.

1.1These Rules establish the order and methods of interaction between GoldVest ("Company") and the client in the context of trading operations.
1.2By accepting the GoldVest Service Agreement, the client simultaneously agrees to all provisions of these Rules.
1.3In the event of a conflict between these Rules and the Service Agreement, the provisions of these Rules shall take precedence for matters related to trading operations.
1.4GoldVest reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time without prior notice. The latest version is always available on the Platform.
Note: Continued use of the GoldVest platform after any amendments to these Rules constitutes the client's acceptance of the revised terms.

2 General Provisions

2.1All trading operations on GoldVest are conducted exclusively using the client's own funds held in their personal trading account.
2.2A trade may only be placed if the client's account balance is sufficient to cover the full trade amount. If the balance is insufficient, the operation will not be executed.
2.3Each trade is assigned a unique identifier by the Company's server at the time of execution. This identifier serves as the official record of the trade.
2.4A trade is considered concluded at the moment the corresponding record appears in the Company's server database. The price used is the last quote received by the server at the time the client's request was processed.

2.5 Client Prohibitions

When conducting trading operations, the client is strictly prohibited from:

2.6 Company Rights

GoldVest reserves the right to:

Warning: Any violation of Section 2.5 may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds without prior notice.

3 Communication & Messaging

3.1All communication between GoldVest and the client takes place through the trading platform's messaging system.
3.2Any message or request received by the Company through the client's trading terminal — when accessed using the client's credentials — is considered to have originated from the client.
3.3Under normal conditions, the Company processes client requests within 0–4 seconds. Processing time may increase during periods of market instability or poor internet connectivity.

3.4 Request Rejection

GoldVest may reject a client's request in the following situations:

Insufficient balanceThe client's account does not have enough funds to complete the requested operation.
Market opening/closingThe request was sent before the first quote was received or after the last quote at market open/close.
Unstable market conditionsThe Company determines that market conditions are too volatile to safely execute the request.
Company discretionAny other circumstance that the Company considers sufficient grounds for rejection.

4 Trading Operations

A trade is only executed when both the client and the Company have agreed on all essential terms. These terms include:

4.1Before submitting a trade, the client must review the current asset price and the displayed payout percentage.
4.2Trade requests are submitted by the client via the trading terminal and must include all required conditions.
4.3Upon submission, the Company's server validates the request. If all conditions are met, the trade is executed immediately.
4.4If a trade request is approved, the client will see a visual confirmation in their terminal. If rejected, an error message will be displayed.
4.5Once submitted and in "executed" status, a client cannot cancel their trade request.
4.6Only the trade amount is deducted from the client's balance upon execution. No additional commission is charged at the time of opening a trade.

4.7 Quote Reliability

4.7.1The Company's server is the sole authoritative source of price quotes. Charts displayed in the terminal are advisory and may not always reflect the exact execution price.
4.7.2GoldVest may use any information source for pricing at its discretion. If the platform's quotes differ from external sources, trades will not be revised or cancelled on this basis alone.
4.7.3Internet outages or technical failures may cause quote feeds to be interrupted or delayed. In such cases, the data displayed may not be reliable, and GoldVest is not liable for trades placed on incomplete information.
4.7.4If a trade is executed at a non-market quote — even if that quote was displayed in the client's terminal — GoldVest reserves the right to cancel the financial result of that trade.

5 Closing Trades

5.1All trades close automatically upon expiry. At the moment of expiration, the platform records the current market price and compares it to the entry price to determine the result.

5.2 Trade Outcomes

Winning Trade If the price moved in the predicted direction by expiry, the client receives a fixed payout added to their account balance. The trade is removed from open positions.
Losing Trade If the price moved in the opposite direction, the trade amount is lost and the payout is zero. No additional charges apply.
Draw (Equal Price) If the closing price equals the entry price exactly, the original trade amount is returned to the client's balance with no profit or loss.

5.3 Early Closure

5.3.1Where technically available, clients may request to close a trade before its expiry time ("early closure" or "sell" option).
5.3.2The early closure amount is determined by GoldVest at its sole discretion and takes into account the trade amount, asset price, time remaining, and current market conditions.
5.3.3The client must review and agree to the early closure amount before submitting the request. Once submitted, the request cannot be cancelled.
5.3.4GoldVest may reject an early closure request if there has been a significant price movement since the request was sent, if the early closure window has expired, or at the Company's discretion.
5.3.5If the result of an early closure is not reflected in the terminal within a reasonable time, the client should contact support to confirm the status.
Note: When a trade is closed — either at expiry or early — no commission is deducted. The payout amount is added directly to the client's account balance.

6 Trading Schedule

6.1The time periods during which clients may trade on each asset are determined by GoldVest unilaterally on a per-asset basis.
6.2The trading schedule displayed on the Platform is indicative and may be changed at any time at GoldVest's discretion without prior notice.
6.3OTC (Over-the-Counter) assets are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
6.4Standard market assets (Forex, indices, commodities) follow market hours and may be unavailable outside of active trading sessions.
OTC Markets: GoldVest's OTC assets are always available, ensuring you can trade at any time — even when traditional markets are closed.

7 Special Circumstances

Special circumstances are events outside the control of either the client or the Company that may affect the normal operation of the Platform or trading conditions. These include but are not limited to:

Market EventsMajor economic news, central bank policy changes, interest rate decisions, or other macroeconomic developments that cause significant market volatility.
Regulatory ChangesPublication of new laws, regulatory updates, or government directives that affect financial markets or platform operations.
Force MajeureNatural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, civil unrest, political instability, or other extraordinary events beyond the Company's control.
Technical FailuresInternet outages, power failures, server errors, software malfunctions, or failures of third-party service providers that affect platform availability or quote feeds.
Financial Market DisruptionsSudden extreme price movements, flash crashes, exchange halts, or currency interventions that abnormally distort asset prices.

7.1 Company Rights During Special Circumstances

In the event of any of the above circumstances, GoldVest reserves the right to take the following actions without prior notice:

Important: During special circumstances, GoldVest's actions may deviate from the standard procedures described in these Rules. The Company will always aim to act in a reasonable and transparent manner, with the goal of protecting clients and platform stability.

7.2 Cancellation of Trades Affected by Erroneous Quotes

7.2.1If an asset's price feed malfunctions or shows abnormal movement that does not reflect normal market behaviour, GoldVest may cancel all trades on that asset that were opened during the affected period.
7.2.2Cancellation applies equally to all affected trades, regardless of their outcome. Profits from winning trades are removed, and the amounts of losing trades are returned to the client's balance, so that each client's balance is restored as if those trades had never been opened.
7.2.3Cancelled trades remain visible in the client's trade history and are marked as "Cancelled".
7.2.4The Platform may automatically suspend new trades on an asset when abnormal price movement is detected. Trading on that asset resumes once the issue has been reviewed.
7.2.5If a cancellation results in a negative balance, the difference will be offset against the client's future deposits or trading results. Withdrawals may be held until any affected trades have been reviewed.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1GoldVest is not liable for any losses arising from internet connection failures, power outages, or technical disruptions on the client's end.
8.2GoldVest is not responsible for losses resulting from the client acting on inaccurate or delayed quote information displayed in the terminal during a connection interruption.
8.3The client is solely responsible for ensuring that they have a stable internet connection and a functioning device when trading.
8.4GoldVest is not liable for losses caused by events classified as special circumstances under Section 7 of these Rules.
8.5All payout percentages displayed on the website are indicative. The exact payout for any trade is confirmed in the trading terminal before the client submits their request.
